Friendly. Happy. Prepped for every season. This masstige brand required copy that was easy, relevant, and conversationally natural. Avoiding marketing language so often seen in email the paid social spaces of Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest, I elevated the brand voice to a fragrance expert...who just happened to be the target audiences' friend too. In addition, I collaborated with graphic designers and other team copywriters to concept and execute site and email copy for each seasonal theme.
